THE JOUNEY
From the time i could walk, fitness was part of my world. My mom was a personal trainer, gym manager, MMA Coach, to then opening her own gym up all while raising her 5 kids alone. Watching her work, cheering on her clients, and learning what it meant to push past limits was exactly what opened my eyes to knowing the endless of possibilities that are out there, in reach as long as you put your whole heart and mind into it. That early exposure shaped not just my body, but my mindset, movement, discipline, and strength and along the way has always been my foundation.
I spent over 10+ years as a competitive all-star cheerleader, getting the opportunity to compete at some of the top competitions against the best competition in the country. That chapter taught me resilience, teamwork, and most importantly the importance of showing up even when things got tough. In 2020, I got into serious weightlifting and was lucky enough to meet one of the best coaches in New Jersey, Guy Delcorso. Under his guidance, I started preparing for my first bodybuilding show at just 17 years old. But only a few weeks out, I found out I was 4 ½ months pregnant and my goals had to be put on hold but let me be clear, that fire inside me didn’t fade.
After having my son, I went through the intense emotions of the postpartum stage and during that time, I got the heartbreaking news that my coach had passed away. Even in his absence, the knowledge and mindset he had instilled in me were enough to help me find my way back. I trained my butt off at home, and as soon as I could, I stepped back into the gym.
It was during this chapter that I was incredibly lucky to get connected with my now coach, Rich Tuma. He gave me the opportunity to chase my dreams, this time with my sweet baby boy by my side. Leading me to be a 2x nationally qualified NPC athlete at my first 2 shows and winning the overall at my last.
Through all of these experiences, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics it’s about self-mastery, confidence, and creating the freedom to live life on your own terms. I believe that when you commit to this lifestyle, it doesn’t just change how you look, it transforms how you live.
Now, as a young mama and coach, I bring all of that experience into Autonomy. To me, fitness is more than just sets and reps. It’s about reclaiming control over your body and mindset, building unshakable confidence, and proving to yourself what you’re truly capable of.
My mission is to guide you to that same sense of power and independence because when you choose to embrace strength, discipline, and growth, you’re not just training for today, you’re creating the best version of yourself for life.

I was put on this path for a reason; God has handled everything in the way he has to lead me to where I am today and who I’ll strive to be tomorrow. Coming from a young mama that found out deep into her first ever bodybuilding prep that she was pregnant at just 17 years old, you have the strength in you, you just need to light that fire. Thousands of miles away from my mom and still somehow making it through the darkness, no matter the surround sound and no matter what tried to hold me to the ground. I know there are so many women out there that are truly looking for a fresh start, a new challenge, and another try at achieving the best life possible and my goal is to get you to that destination.
